TickLane

Cancellation and refunds

Simple exits. Fair refunds.

The Pro trial takes no card and cannot charge you. When paid subscriptions become available, you can cancel at any time and ask a real person to review a refund.Last updated 28 July 2026
14-day first-payment promise

Request a refund within 14 days of your first TickLane payment and we will approve a full refund. This promise adds to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.

The Pro trial

The 14-day Pro trial does not require a payment card. It ends without a charge and does not automatically become a paid subscription. Starting or ending a free trial therefore does not require a refund.

Cancel a paid subscription

Open Account, then Plan and Billing, and use the billing portal to cancel. You can also send a clear cancellation request from the email address attached to your TickLane account. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and leaves Pro available until the current paid period ends.

We will acknowledge an emailed cancellation request. Keep the confirmation for your records. Deleting the TickLane app, signing out or deleting an account does not by itself cancel an active renewable subscription.

Request a refund

Within 14 days of the first payment

We will approve a full refund under TickLane's first-payment promise. You do not need to provide a reason.

Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised charge

Contact us promptly. We will investigate with Paddle and correct a confirmed billing error. You can also use Paddle's buyer support for a charge shown as Paddle on your statement.

Later requests

Tell us what happened. We will consider service faults, accidental renewal, material unavailability, account use and any rights that apply. Nothing here restricts a remedy required by law.

Email a cancellation or refund request

You may alternatively contact Paddle buyer support. Do not email passwords or full payment-card details.

Consumer rights

UK consumers commonly have a 14-day cancellation period for an online service contract. The treatment of services supplied during that period depends on the request to start, the amount supplied and the circumstances. The checkout and confirmation will provide the information that applies to the purchase.

TickLane's first-payment promise is intended to be simpler and more generous than the minimum position for that first payment. It does not exclude statutory rights, including remedies where a digital service is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

How refunds arrive

Paddle is the merchant of record for TickLane paid purchases and returns approved funds to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment method and bank; card refunds commonly take several working days after they are issued.
