From an open email to a clear task.

TickLane works from Gmail's side panel. It processes one email only when you ask and gives you a review step before anything is saved.

Install from Marketplace Open Gmail

Install TickLane

Open the Google Workspace Marketplace listing and install TickLane for your Google account.

Open the Gmail panel

Refresh Gmail, open an email, then select TickLane from the right-hand side panel.

Connect once

If your verified Gmail and TickLane email addresses match, they connect automatically. Otherwise, TickLane asks you to confirm both accounts.

Prepare a task

Choose Summarize & prepare, review the title and note, select a list, then create the task.

Permission by design

Your inbox is not a task database.

No background mailbox scan
No reusable Gmail token stored by TickLane
No sending, deleting or changing email
Only the reviewed task note is saved

Do not see the TickLane icon?

Refresh Gmail after installation and check that Gmail is open with the same Google account used in the Marketplace. On managed Workspace accounts, your administrator may need to allow the add-on.

Connection not completing?

Sign into TickLane with the same verified email address. If the addresses differ, reopen TickLane in Gmail and use the secure account confirmation screen.
